wanted to start the week with a little craftiness...
i have been feeling anything BUT crafty in the past few weeks.
i think its bc my office is still in a state of massive upheaval?!
i found a table at homegoods yesterday that i may want to use as a computer desk, and i am HOPING that kicks me into gear to organize and get all crafty-crafty-like ;)
BUT... back to my craftiness share... this little project was done at the start of the year, and then posted on the Fiskars website in February, and I forgot to share... so here it is, my spring-ish set the table ensemble:
the downloadable pdf "Class" on the Fiskars site >> CLICK HERE >> will walk you through the steps to create this quilted placemat with an adorable little pocket for utensils!!! I also included directions for the easy-peasy cloth napkin and fabric ring...
i still need to make a few more for a full table setting... i'm thinking that mismatched sets in the same color scheme of pink and green would be fun??
:)
PS - seems like there were a few Questions in the comments of the last post :) here are a couple of answers: my jean shorts are SEVENS (got them on clearance last fall) - my top is from old navy - and the blanket was made for me by a super-talented woman that i found on ebay!
love this! Now I want to make a set for my table
