We do this too! My kids love it. I need to get our books wrapped...! :-)

Thanks for the details! I so love this!

We started this 2 years ago and my son loves it! Such a fun tradition. We have several of the same books too and Olive the Other Reindeer is also my personal fave! Thought I'd post a couple other favorites of ours in case others reading the comments needed more ideas. The Christmas Cookie Sprinkle Snitcher is pretty hilarious, one we like to open early. And we also love Mr. Willowby's Christmas Tree, Babar and Father Christmas, and The Christmas Magic. I'm busy sorting and wrapping books tonight!!!

We do this too although I haven't wrapped them this year... I love using some cultural specific ones for our list. Some fun Australian Christmas twists to traditional storylines.

I loved this idea when you came up with it last year and I love it again! and your thanksgiving post was adorable, my 4 year old ate a bun and some raw brocolli...at least we got a veggie in there...

Thanks so much, again! I posted about what we're doing this year, and bought Olive the Other Reindeer today:

We have been doing this for many years now...since my now 15 year old was a little boy :) It is such a beautiful way to end those busy days leading up to Christmas. I love all the little details that make Christmas special, and even though my kids are probably a bit old for it now, we continue to do it...it's tradition :) Hope your boys will always love it too!

Susan, I love the rounded number tags that you created on your Silhouette! Is this a file available in their online store or one that you created? I love the font used for the numbers!

Thanks for sharing! We do this tradition as well, but I think I'll have to order a few of your favorites to add to our collection. Last year I bought Christmas fabric on clearance with the intention of making some reusable bags to wrap the books every year. Maybe I'll get to that this year!
