Week FOUR - here we go...!
There's not so much Noah this week - just a few favorites from a morning outting to the beach - which seemed to go well in the backside of the STYLE E 6x6 that I needed to use bc it was used last week(!). I also copied off of myself from last week and stuck another 6x6 insta-collage in one of the pockets - there's a big heart brush stamp on it stamped at low opacity BEFORE i put the very last center instapic into place.
I added some text & journaling around the "moments" brush stamp here...
And, I'm sure you can see that Week 4 was largely made up of celebrating Evan's four and a HALF birthday for us -- because he's a summer birthday, we chose to do his 1/2 birthday in school this year (instead of trying to squeeze it into the already chaotic end of the school year). I'm so glad we did.
His preschool has recognizes birthdays at their weekly Chapel service - so there are pics from that (evan helped light the candles, and also presented his "birthday book" to the library) - and then pics from the actual class party that we had at the end of the week (with his requested "Star Wars Donuts!").
My insert this week is a cut down Design F Pocket page. If I'm ever able to do a week without additional photos via an insert, I'll know its been one of our more boring weeks(!). ;)
I used the calendar month stamp brush again on a 4x6 backer and then added the brush stamp and silhouette cut title.
And THAT was Week 4.
:)

Hi Susan! I love your layouts, they are creative without being too busy looking. Can you explain how you added the heart in the middle of the collage, it looks awesome!
Thanks,
Debbie

Loving the 6x6s! I have no idea how to use them in mine! Do yo print your photos/instagrams at 6x6 in Photoshop, or from another service? Thanks for your help!

hi debbie -
I created my collage first - flattened - added the heart brush stamp @ a low opacity - then RE-ADDED the center (bowling) photo so it looks like the stamp falls underneath that. HTH! :) -Susan
