Well hello there, 20 Months.
We are officially out of the "teens".
Not quite sure how I feel about that - all I know is that we are RAPIDLY approaching 24 months which crazily enough =s 2 years...?!!?!??!
I must say, that this month's photos are a bit random - I've had this "jacket" that I bought for N last year for quite some time, wanting to use it, and waiting for it to 'semi-fit' him (he's still just a hair above 23 lbs) - and then this hat has been laying around in his room - and he's FINALLY gotten to the point (again) where he's willing to keep a hat on his head (yay!) - so this is somehow what we ended up in the backyard wearing for a little minishoot of what is now 20 months!!!
And, at 20 Months, Noah...
..."sings" the ABC's. Which =s him humming and singing in a recognizable tone through letter "G".
...is still weighing in under 24 lbs. and is SO skinny. teeny-tiny. but i love it all the same.
...is most definitely an OUTTIE. as in belly-button. or "beh-buh" as he would say. (the verdict was out for a while but i'm pretty sure we can call it now!)
...thinks daddy is hilarious and all fun & games, but when it comes to bedtime, naptime, or any comfort-time he FLIPS out if momma isnt the one he can go to.
...Claps when it's time for medicine. I think he LOVES the grape flavor. (& yes, We are on yet ANOTHER round of a now 3 week-Rx as a last resort battling a supposed sinus-infection & ear issues).
...has just started eatting off of a plate (in lieu of his high chair tray) at dinnertime.
...LOVE lolly pops.
...crawls onto my lap while I'm proofing photos or working on my computer and then "colors" with the chubby crayons that i keep on my desk, and scrap kraft cardstock.
...LOVES to look at babies on my computer and ID them and tell me all about them. & also loves to call men that he sees on websites "dadda" - & I like to forward pics of who he calls "dadda" to Eric so that we can all laugh. ;)
...tries to dive out of a shopping cart at any chance he gets!
...tries to choose the same three books at bed/naptime (his toy story book, a random bathtime book that i picked up at marshalls, and pat the bunny) - & I still like to make him branch out a bit. ;)
...claps (& cheers!) when we pull into the car-line pick up for evan after preschool.
...is the best "picker-upper" ever!
...has started trying to take off his jamommas each morning before I come in to get him out of the crib. ALSO somehow managed to remove both his pants and diaper after naptime today. :(
...says quite a number of words that start with "B" (bubble, baby, ball, balloon). Has yet to say/verbalize "yes" yet, but most definitely shakes his head "NO, NO, NO, NO" when he's not interested in something.
...will cooperate (for the most part) when a candy (m&m) bribe is involved.
...will run after Toby at any chance he gets.
...still LOVES pizza for dinner.
...& is by far way more funnier than we could have ever imagined!

He is adorable. I have a son who is 20 months now as well. He'll be two in May.

This just screams for a LO: "at 24 months you ..." - I urge to start an album and make a layout in this theme this every month. It will be priceless whe the boys will be 50+ and they can share these tidbitd with their own granschildren ... LOVE you project life style ! Greetings from a Florida gal.
