...some quilting going on around here. ;)
i finally really broke into my treasured flea market fancy stash for this one. Not that i have time to finish it anytime in the near future, but for now it's looking pretty tossed to the side of my office while i make a dent in my March Into the Woods Studio Calico kit (which i LOOOOVE btw!).
hope to share the whole (finished) quilt sooner rather than later. ;)

this just looks like happiness.
can't wait to see it finished!
xx.

This quilt is stunning... do you have a long arm machine for the quilting style on the quilt above?

thanks tara! im a self taught sewer/quilter (with the exception of a few quick classes at local stores for things like binding). thats my best reco - find a local quilting store and sign up for a beginning or intro style class! :)

I love the quilt, it's so cheery! We made 200+ napkins for our wedding a couple years ago and I planned to make a quilt with them...still planning on it, but this pattern is a contender!

Hey Susan! I LOOOOVE your quilt! The fabrics are so fresh. I'm trying to make a quilt with similar pattern colors, but am having a little trouble finding the right fabric colors. Where did you get your fabrics?! Was it in a quilt kit at all? Please let me know!
