unbelievably, we have somehow reached the one-month mark with baby noah?!
((how is this possible???))
which meant that it was time for me to make one of these...! :)
(i had forgotten some of the specifics of the process, and found myself looking back at my own tutorial - here!) >> i also ordered some new ink jet transfers from best blanks (as recommended to me in the comments section of the tutorial post) - so i'll report back on how well those work after they arrive and i use them to make noah's 2 month onesie...
i love that baby noah is going to have these onesie shots starting at one month! (i wasn't crafty enough to get them figured out and started until evan was 6 months old...)
AND SO, AT ONE MONTH, noah...
...weighs exactly 9 lbs (via my antique baby scale!).
...is still wearing almost all of his newborn sized clothes and sleepers (with a few 0-3 onesies thrown in!) > he's totally swimming in this onesie!
...yet has noticeably filled out & plumped up in his little face and neck, and cheeks!
...feeds every 2.5 - 3 hours. Sometimes makes it 4 or 5 hours at night. Most lately has been waking each night at 3am and 7am to eat.
...sleeps A LOT. & Prefers to sleep curled up on somebody.
...will tolerate the swing for all of about 7 minutes. Likes the bouncy seat (aka "green seat") so much! And will also chill in the mini-glider for a good amount of time.
...has incredible neck/head strength.
...doesn't make a peep on car rides.
...gets a ton of attention from big brother evan - and lots of "hi baby no-wah, HI!" & "evan-hugs"!
...could (and has) easily be mistaken for evan in some of his newborn and first month baby photos!
...has earned the nicknames "tiny baby", "kitty-cat" and "sneaky sprayer" ;)
AND
...makes me say things all day long, like "HOW is he so cute?!!".
;)
(noah's "every-month bear" photo...)
(we've officially decided that he's cute enough to stay!)
xoxoxo, tiny baby.
:)
ps - the quilt that noah is lying on was blogged here... ;)

So cute. I love that the onesie is a tiny bit big. We're expecting any day now...I might need to borrow the onesie idea and the teddy bear comparison idea. So cute. Love them. You're blog is very inspiring. Thanks for sharing with us.

See I kept looking at pics and thinking he was TINY and then, you post 9lb at month.
My baby boy was 10lb110z born, and is now 17 months, so yes, noah is TINY!!
And so divine!

So cute!! Have you seen the baby pics at YoungHouseLove.com (on their Flickr)?! They do weekly onesie pics. They put their daughter in a long-sleeve onesie, on a piece of fabric (different every week), and they *PhotoShop* the number of weeks right on the belly! (Looks just like yours, actually!) They use a color from the fabric for the circle and number. Looks SO cool! Just wanted to give you that idea... just in case you didn't want to buy 12 months worth of onesies! ;-)
Whichever way, it's ADORABLE! :-D

What a guy! Onesies are the ultimate. They are so fun to decorate and personalize. We did this for out daughters baby shower and everyone loved it!
