i started out last week with such high hopes of blogging a bunch of fun stuff...
...but then a nasty cold & cough combo for ev & i (plus yet ANOTHER ear infection for him) altered those plans.
yuck. ((can i just say that i am REALLY excited for a break from school this summer for him and hopefully a break from all of these pesky little colds too...!))
AND THEN a 90 degree day + broken air conditioner yesterday didnt really help matters....
((sidenote - i have never been more thankful for air condition and AC repair guys than today ;) -- which i spent most of sleeping, since no AC + super-preggo belly + cough and cold combo equates to me not sleeping until 5:30 am. heeeeeeee.))
eric took ev out all morning and left me a card on the counter that read "we got you air condition for mother's day!". hahahaha. and i loved it ;)
so let's try it again this week!
planning on photo'ing the wonky aqua and yellow baby stars quilt to post tomorrow.
(that is the plan anyways!) >> (stay tuned)
but for now, here is one of my new favorite pics - and i guess the official mother's day 2010 shot! - snapped by eric this evening before we went out to grab a quickie dinner (i'm thinking a mother's day do-over dinner is in store next weekend when we have a babysitter booked already!) ;)
i'm pretty sure that this one will pop up on a Studio Calico layout with the SCRUMPTIOUS June kit....! which is sitting on my desk, begging to be played with ;)
