evan is currently going through a very strong anti-hat policy.
which shouldnt come as much of a surprise after last year.
he did, however, enjoy snapping toby's hat off by the elastic a few times... ;)

ha...anti-hat policy. Hey, sometimes the hat really ISN'T the perfect accessory! I have to agree with him a lot of the time! Cute picture! Gotta love a little dog. Mine doesn't know what she's in for in a few months!

Tomorrow is my birthday (the 25th) and I have 30 years on Toby LOL Although I guess in "Doggie" years he is older ! Happy Birthday Toby!!!
