just back from a week away from home...
((was so nice to just unplug from almost everything for almost a week! - i think we all need that once in a while...))
we spent thanksgiving in NY with eric's family... got a taste of winter... & attended a wedding while we were there also.
and i have tons of photos to go through and share...
and lots to catch up on...
but for tonite i am just enjoying the end of the holiday week, thankful for the last few minutes of quiet, and completely entertaining myself by decorating my new gold champagne(!) christmas tree. ;)

Just had to say that a champagne Xmas tree sounds gorgeous. Please show us a picture when you get a chance! I read about your colors for the Christmas tree this year and discovered they are very similar to mine (lime/choc. brown). So I thought I'd mention that I found a really cool Christmas pick set (in case you use items other than ornaments/bulbs)at Sam's Club for $17. It is glittery chocolate brown (it has 1 XL and 2 L fabric flowers, 2 XL berry branches, 6 glitter strands and 9 swirl picks. Might be worth a peek if you have a Sam's Club near you.
