Still recovering from Thanksgiving.

Ate way too much.  ;)

Which can partially be contributed to the fact that we "needed" two pies for four people.

They were both so tasty!

Had a great visit with the parents...

Who seemed to have brought their warm Florida weather with them to MN for their stay...

And am now back to work on a couple of projects...

And wondering if it'll ever snow before we head south for the holidays...??

It is Minnesota, after all.  :)

So I've decided.

My gmail tagline has read this since Saturday (when I turned said #29).  And I'm going to hold onto that for awhile...  ;)

Celebrated with official bday balloons and decor courtesy of eric...

...and the obligatory pink frosted cupcakes...

...and a fabulous dinner out at one of my favorite m-polis restaurants...

And now, I'm getting ready to pick up the parents at the airport - who will be staying for a week.  And cooking (most of the) Thanksgiving dinner for us...  yum-yum.  :)

sometimes busy is good.

sometimes its a little overwhelming.

i still haven't decided which section of busy that I'm falling into right now ;)

working on my finishing up my final class of the year - a holiday card class - which will be held next Tuesday (still spots open!), and the last week of November.

trying to get in gear for Thanksgiving.

needing to deep-clean my house before the holiday.

needing to find a new recipe to mix in with all the old much-loved ones...

and excited to watch some gator football tomorrow.

Spears Files for Divorce From Federline

LOS ANGELES - Britney Spears filed for divorced Tuesday from Kevin Federline, officials said. The Los Angeles County Superior Court filing cites "irreconcible differences," said court spokeswoman Kathy Roberts.

Spears, 24, married rapper Kevin Federline, 28, in 2004. They have a 1-year-old son, Sean Preston, and an infant son who was born Sept. 12. The couple have not confirmed the infant's name, which is reportedly Jayden James.
